Border Gateway Phantoms are lost souls trapped within the Internet Protocol networks of the world, re-living the conflagration of their mortal ends and burdened by the inspiration, knowledge, and horrors of mankind. Adorned in the raiments of their death, they are charred, flaming corpses with embers that glow like an LCD screen in a pitch black room.
Long given up on mere vengeance, they seek to spread their misery and enlightenment to all thinking creatures.
